Here are the steps you follow to register to use our forums or retrieve your user name or password if you forgot it.

(1) If you don't remember if you registered, check out our member list to see if you recognise one of them as yours. Try to log on using the password you remember. If the password doesn't work, proceed to step 2.

(2) If you know your user name, but forget your password, go to the I forgot my password page, where you will need to fill in your user name and the email address you used to register with. Follow the instructions on that page and the password will be emailed to you. If you don't get the email or you forget which email address you registered with, email the webmaster at webmaster@nysbs.org to get more help.

(3) If you need to register to use the forums for the first time, click on the register link and follow the instructions. If you have a nysbs.org email address, please use THAT address for your email. If you hold a certain position in a certain county, please detail that information in your signature. When you submit your registration, you will be sent an email asking you to click on a link to complete the registration (this helps prevent SPAM registrations). If you do not get this email, or fail to click on the link it provides, your user name will not be activated and you won;t be able to log on.

If you are a coordinator or ambassador, please contact the Coordinator Chairperson or the webmaster at webmaster@nysbs.org once you are registered to get authorized for the coordinator & ambassador forum and Calendar Of Events forum.

If you need to add events to the Calendar of Events Forum, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@nysbs.org to get authorized.

If you need to go back and change certain information later on, just use the profile link.
