Please let us know your nesting results, even if you did not fledge any bluebirds. You do NOT have to be a NYSBS member to send us your results. Just fill in your info below and click on the "Submit" button.

NOTE: When you successfully submit this form, a confirmation message will appear on the page that says, "(Your Name), Thank you for submitting your nest box survey..." You should also get a confirmation by email if you provided a valid email address. If you do not see either of these things, your form may not have been filled out completely, or you may need to use a different browser, a different device, or update your device's software. This form is for nesting results only and must be submitted between June 1 and October 15, 2026 to be included in the annual summary and individual listing.
